Return Policy

A customer has the right to return the product purchased on the website subject to the following conditions:

Return Process:

To initiate a return, the customer must fill out the return application form available on the website or contact the company's call center. Products with a cost of GEL 30 or less are not eligible for return. The following products are also not subject to return: perishable and short shelf-life products, hermetically sealed products with a damaged seal due to health and hygienic reasons, products damaged by the customer, products with traces of use, products that did not arrive with accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase, and hygienic products.

Return time frame:

If the customer initiates a return and fills out the return form, it must be done within 14 days of receiving the purchased product. Once the request is submitted, the purchased item must be returned within 7 days. The company is not obliged to accept returns after these deadlines.

Return shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product meets the following criteria: (a) it does not comply with the standards and technical characteristics indicated on the website; (b) it was damaged during transportation to the customer; (c) it has factory damage. The company retains the right to refuse a return and refund the customer's payment if the product has undergone any changes after purchase.

Return shipping:

Required documentation: The customer must return all product accompanying documentation along with the product, including tax invoices, bills of lading, payment checks, warranty letters, technical passports, and the original packaging.

Warranty claims:

If the purchased product comes with a warranty provided by the seller, the customer shall act according to the terms and conditions of the warranty document in case of a claim after the 14-day period.

Reimbursement: will inform the customer of its decision regarding reimbursement within 2 working days after receiving the returned product. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will be informed within 5 working days whether they will receive a refund or a replacement product. If the company decides to refund the customer, the customer will receive their money within a maximum of 5 working days. If the company decides not to refund the product, the customer will receive the item back.
